Privacy Request

Use this form to make a request about personal information you gave us, such as through a roofing request:

• Access — confirm what we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Correction — fix inaccurate information.
• Deletion — delete information we are not required to keep.
• Opt-out — stop contact, and opt out of any sale/sharing or targeted advertising.
• Other — any other privacy question.

How we verify requests

This form does not display or confirm any stored information. Before acting on an access, correction or deletion request, we verify that it comes from the person the information is about — normally by contacting you at the phone number or email already associated with the record. We will never send personal information to an address we cannot verify. An authorised agent must show written permission.
